Everything you need to know to start an e-comm business and other news.

Two great resources for you on a Saturday morning. (Which, by the way, finds me on the couch with Henry as he plays Fortnite, Hudson in the office playing Minecraft, and banana bread in the oven).

My favorite newsletter arrives on Saturday - https://amylynnandrews.com/. I read her “Useletter” (which is a perfect name) religiously. Sign up and you won’t be disappointed.

Today Amy passed on this great link from Shopify - a blueprint to start an e-comm business. Great primer if you are just starting out.

On the granola front - BIG news this week. We were approved for the Whole Foods planogram. Happy day! “Making the planogram” means we will be on the shelf plan for all of the WFs in the MidAtlantic region (40+ stores). I have been working towards this goal for 5 years really - so very proud, happy, a little anxious, etc. It all goes down in February so more posts on this as we gear up. We will be working with a distributor for the first time so more notes on that process as well.

What else? I am still loving Milanote to organize my brain.

Michele and I have been working on our app ideas this week - our lot codes/batch code/tracing database and Kamille, which is what we call the database that we use to manage our wholesale customers.

And of course, the holiday rush continues, the boys have school activities, and we are all getting ready for Christmas. And a huge snow storm that will hopefully give us a bit of snow tomorrow.

I hope you have a great weekend! Please reach out if you have any questions!
